The Rational LM100BE.AXAXX is a professional 6 grid combi oven designed for commercial kitchens, featuring intelligent cooking and cleaning systems.

The iCombi Pro features the iCookingSuite, an intelligent assistance system that automatically adjusts cooking parameters (time, temperature, humidity) to achieve desired results consistently.

It has six intelligent operating modes and five cooking methods, including roasting, grilling, baking, and steaming.

The iDensityControl system provides active climate management within the cooking cabinet, which measures and controls humidity and ensures effective dehumidification for optimal cooking results.

The oven can hold six (6) 1/1 GN pans, six half-size sheet pans (13" x 18"), or six 12" x 20" steam pans.

The iCareSystem is an intelligent cleaning and descaling system that monitors dirt build-up and suggests appropriate cleaning cycles.

The unit is equipped with integrated Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity for remote monitoring and control via the ConnectedCooking platform.

The oven offers full manual control with adjustable temperature and humidity settings, along with a core temperature probe for precise cooking.
